Responsibilities
  1. Tracking payments to internal and external Client
  2. Preparing budget forecasts.
  3. Processing tax payments and returns.
  4. Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
  5. Auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements.
  6. Ultimately, he will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business.
  7. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. (Debtor, creditor, imprest, petty cash, etc.)
  8. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable (important)
  9. Ensure timely bank payments.
  10. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  11. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Responsibilities

  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying new customers.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Creating promotions with advertising managers.
  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Compiling lists describing our organization’s offerings.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Marketing
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Researching demand for the organization’s products and services.
  • Evaluating competitors.
  • Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Responsibilities

  • Having experience of  2- 3 years in Electrical / Instrumentation related AutoCAD work. 
  • Must have good speed.
  • Knowledge of various AutoCAD commands is a must.
  • Experience related to Building Automation is preferable.
  • Knowledge in 2D and 3D drawings
  • Able to prepare working drawings, floor plans, Schematic Drawings, and Elevation.
  • Hands-on Experience in AutoCAD, Coreldraw, Sketchup, VRAY.
